SOLD -----for 100 pennies
Did you see that TV GUIDE was sold for $1.00? No, that is not a typo. I know it went down in quality, but 100 pennies?
Maybe, it was because the older digest format was much better. And I am not just talking about the round-the-clock listings. The industry news provided was much better. they would have had editorials about the election & the FCC and better coverage of special events & seasons and the list goes on.
Now it is just fluff material that is a dime a dozen. THe PHOTO BOOTH is a waste of space!!!!!! I don't care who is wearing what or who is doing which gala event! I want TV NEWS with my listings. No wonder it was sold for a dollar.
I will stick with the GUIDE to see how the new company changes the magazine if at all.
