Its bad enough we had the "bimbo" housewives challenge to this degrading show last night. Now it seems Chef Ramsay has comdemned the men and supported the women this season. As a man one mistake and you are gone-a woman stays and stays and stays despite their poor performances. Sad for such a good show that Ramsay has become so biased, unfair, and outright vindictive. We've got better things to do with our viewing time than watch this poor excuse of a competition. Fairness, true challenges and proper eliminations-rubbish!

CHEERS to NCIS for their deepest. most riveting season yet! Sadly, that's the season four reruns now being aired. JEERS that they dropped the storyline in season five and never regained that edge. Bringing Scottie Thompson's Jean Benoit back just to write her off for good was unfathomable. And all that hype about who was leaving the show? Please. Any avid fan had already noticed that Lauren Holly left the show months ago -- they just hadn't written off her character yet!

I saw cheers to NBC for bringing back a great group of judges and a host for America's Got Talent. There are so many crummy people they could have brought in but they stuck with what works...Piers, Jerry, Sharon, the Hoff...good stuff! New season on Tuesday!

CHEERS to Animal Planet for landing Stockard Channing as the new narrator of Merkat Manor! She brings a certain je ne sais quoi to the show, giving the writers a larger degree of creative license. As much as we enjoyed Sean Astin, we can't imagine him pulling off lines like, "What light through yonder bush breaks?" like Channing did in episode 2. Great job as always, AP!

JEERS to NBC for running those STUPID pop-up ads in the bottom part of the screen during "Fear Itself". The episodes would be much more suspenseful without the distraction of shameless self-promotion of other shows! Whoever thought up those ads should be smacked.

Jeers to TVGuide.com for not continuing the My Boys Blog. It's the best show of the summer! I always enjoy reading the blog posts after watching episodes of my favorite shows to hear what other people think of them. Imagine my disappointment when I clicked on the link to the My Boys blog and it hadn't been updated since last season!

CHEERS to CSI Miami, Caruso and co for the LAMEST season finale ever. The "cliffhanger" is ridiculous. We all know HoCaine will rise from the dead. Can anybody say "Jump the shark"?X-(

JEERS:

In your latest TV Guide edition, you have an article in Breaking News about how Sarah Jessica Parker was betrayed by having to wear a dress that others had worn. Come on! Why do we let this become a big deal? Have we become that shallow? I read that her little boy wears nothing but hand-me-downs. Should she be so upset about wearing a dress that, OMG, another actress wore? It's hypocritical. Also accept some reality, entertainment people. Many of us "real" people would have killed for that dress, even if it had been worn by hundreds.

Jeers to all of the dancing shows on TV.

There are too many dancing shows and eventually, that will result in a decrease in audience for the actually good dancing TV shows Dancing With the Stars and So You Think You Can Dance. To put on more and more dancing shows at the same time is a huge mistake. Now all everybody says is "oh great, another dance show". I hope that many of these shows get canceled for stupidity.

CHEERS to Legally Blonde: The Musical: The Search for Elle Woods!

I've gotten so addicted to this show! Reasons why I love it-

-The girls are all so different and really bring their own unique vibe to the character.

-The show doesn't dwell on overly long, intense moments of fake drama- no 10 minute pauses and 5 minute commercial breaks before each person is eliminated- thank god!

- Genuinely talented contestants! THey're not just there for their looks or their crazy personalities- they're actually real, aspiring singer/actresses.

BRAVO!!

I hope I am posting this in the right spot!

Jeers to TV Land Awards. Jeers to all the cursing! I was looking forward to watching this show. I was very disappointed in what shows they honored and all the crude talk. What ever happened to all the old shows that started this network?

CHEERS to Jon & Kate Plus 8 for dedicating an episode to how they met and what their lives were like before eight children. I liked seeing the old video footage and pictures of them, as well as early footage of Mady and Cara before the sextuplets were born.
