Ooh, thanks for posting this Sis!!
Happy Mother's Day to you Big Sis! And a big Happy Mother's Day to Mama Warden for taking such good care of you so you can come by the BFZ and play with us once in a while. (If it takes oatmeal to do it, you're gonna be eating a lot of it!)
Happy Mother's Day to all the moms in the BFZ and everyone who has a mom--whether you can see her in person, every day or not, or whether she lives on in your hearts and memories.
And Happy Mother's Day to my own mom (who does NOT visit the BFZ), since she will sadly be stuck in the hospital over the weekend and is saddled with two brain-addled children who can't remember to bring her the things she's been asking for for the past three days.
Now that I have to change my Mother's Day plans completely, any ideas as to how I can celebrate it in the hospital (with all their rules and limitations and dietary restrictions)?

Here, here, Famin! And I hope your mother is doing better soon.
Rev--I think I read that there is a Mother/Daughter episode of WNTW on tonight. Maybe if you are good and eat your oatmeal Mama Warden will let you watch it.

Rev - the award show wouldn't be much fun without you. We should do it when you're strong enough to fully participate.

I had a dream about Clinton and Stacy last night. I think. Whenever I see someone where blue and purple together I think of Clinton, since that's his favorite color combination. I'm going to miss the mother-daughter WNTW tonight, but maybe it'll repeat sometime during the weekend when I'm home.
Thanks Sis and Meg. (Love that smilie, Sis!) I'm not entirely sure how she is. I spoke to her resident today and they had to postpone the procedure she was supposed to have today because her liver function isn't up to par. So, I'm sure she's disappointed because this means she won't be home for Mother's Day. Now that I have a better idea of what's going on with her, I'm more worried than before, since I don't see her getting better, at least not significantly and not for long. One of the doctors I spoke to yesterday said she probably won't be able to fly ever again so all her trips are going to be canceled and all her suitcases are still packed and waiting for her. Sad.
Sis, I'm okay with postponing it. Not that there's any guarantee more people will be able to make it if we postpone, but if that seems better, I'm for it. Wouldn't be the same without you , Sis.

That is true. I'm sure someone wouldn't be able to make it whatever the date, which is why I don't want to cancel just because I may not make it.
