I had major Gremlin issues last night. Figures, those buggers seem to know when we plan an event, don't they?
I brought what I promised to bring.....

Hi everyone! Thanks for hosting the party, Vee, and braving those gremlins! I've brought the chicken pot pie I promised. And my beverage of choice.
I may not be able to stay long. I will probably pop in and out. I don't have a problem with my boss like Rod does - it's the IT people who monitor internet usage.
I'm also going to tackle your VM quiz in a separate post. I think I can ace it!!

Here is a typical PRican fare, arroz con gandules, also known as yellow rice with pigeon peas. It served with roast pork loin (imagine it on the table 'cause the photos were too large to post).
We can top it off with a nice pina colada (with or without rum...)
