The Fake Correspondent Has Been Zapped. Thanks, David!!
For those of you who saw, and commented, on the blog that was posted by the fake news correspondent this afternoon, it looks like that false blog has now vanished.
Thank you, David!!
(I'm assuming that David zapped it because the person was blatantly trying to impersonate a real TV Guide reporter.)

Some idiot, who apparently has nothing better to do, posted a blog under the name of one of the TV Guide writers with a news report that Jensen Ackles will not be back for Season 4 of Supernatural, due to personal issues which he did not want to divulge.
It looked legitimate at first until Rob noticed that the writer's name was spelled wrong and I also looked at the profile and noticed that this person had just registered today. I also wondered why a TV Guide writer would be registering for the Community Blogs. I checked with Kristin's blog at E! Online and googled his name with no results. Thankfully, it turned out to be a ruse, and David took care of it with this usual dispatch.

I also wondered why a TV Guide writer would be registering for the Community Blogs.
Plus, all the TVG writers have that handy little red "TV Guide" icon next to their names. So, that was the tip off for me. Plus, the message insinuated the news came from a report on this site and of course there was no such thing.
