I LOVE SHELDON!!!!!!!!
|
I totally agree about Sheldon. Big Bang Theory is my favorite sitcom right now, hands down. I keep trying to get people to watch it, but don't want to build it up too much. I hope Jim Parsons gets a well deserved Emmy nom next year. Let the lobbying begin.

I also love HIMYM and think Barney makes that show what it is. I'd love for either of them to win next year. Do you watch that Kelly?

I didn't care for the first episode either but I usually give a show 2-3 chances before I dump it. By the time the 3rd episode was over I was hooked. It definitely got much better.

Hello, Mannie! Hope you don't mind my popping in to add to the Sheldon love.
OMGoodness! The man is hysterical!!!
I don't really watch 1/2 hr sitcoms normally. For sure not regularly, not since Frasier. But BBT is now a regular to my weekly viewing. I discovered it about a month ago in summer reruns and I really enjoyed it but after last night's gut busting laugh affair ... it is now in the advance timer program of my VCR!
(Good thing I have two VCRs ... that first 1/2 hour of Monday nights is crowded with BBT, Chuck, and Sarah Connor Chronicles! whew!)

I watched last night's episode and although I don't love the show, I do agree that the actor deserves an Emmy nod. Plus, I have to support the DrHorribleverse you know.

I was not a Big Bang Theory watcher until just recently during the Summer repeats. Sheldon just cracks me up. I think it pairs very well with How I Met Your Mother.
The Dr. Horribleverse includes Neil Patrick Harris and Simon Helberg who plays Howard on Big Bang. Everytime I see him on the show Dr. Horrible pops into my mind.

Yes, he was Moist! That was hilarious.
My favorite part of last night's episode was after Sheldon drank the drugged milk. Everything he said was so funny, and I almost choked myself from laughing after he said, "I'm Batman!" in his Batman voice.

I loved that part too Megan. I also loved the part when he's talking about how he could be Batman in the beginning and his friend asked him and he proved he could do the voice! He kills me!!!

Oh and how he folds his socks on that folding contraption he has. My brother has one of those but hasn't used it in years as far as I know.

Ha! Yeah, that was great, especially the look he gave the rolled socks before he undid them and then put them on hs foldy thing.
